Walk away with a clearer plan that supports you now and the people you love later.

Your information is kept private and secure.

In this session, you'll discover:

What a Will needs to cover beyond just naming who gets what

How to think through family decisions properly, especially when equal is not always fair

How to spot common issues with multiple and overseas assets, including cases where tax may apply

Most People Delay Writing a Will Because They Think They Can Do It Later

Once you have a family, meaningful assets, or overseas holdings, leaving it for later can create more problems than people realise.

Common Misconceptions:

"My family will know what I want."

"Writing a Will is straightforward."

"I can settle this another time."

The issue is not only whether you have a Will.

It is whether things are clear before your family needs to deal with them.

A proper Will is not just about listing names and amounts.

It is about thinking through who you need to provide for, what is fair, what assets you actually hold, and whether anything needs more careful planning because it is overseas or held differently.

What a Proper Will Can Do for You and Your Family

In this session, you'll learn how to:

Make sure your assets go where you want them to go

Understand what needs to be covered so important assets are not missed or misunderstood.

Spot issues people often miss

See where multiple assets, overseas holdings, or different structures can create problems if they are not planned for.

Think through family decisions properly

Learn why equal is not always fair, and why some decisions need more thought than a simple split.

Make things easier for your family later

A proper Will gives your family more direction, and less room for confusion, delay, or dispute.

Structure your assets for both today and tomorrow

Writing a Will forces you to look properly at what you own, to structure wealth for yourself as well as your family

Because a Will should make things clearer, not leave more for your family to sort out.

What You’ll Learn in This Session

How to think through your Will properly, so it reflects your family situation and the assets you actually have.

Why people delay writing a Will, and why delay causes problems

What a proper Will needs to cover

How to think about family decisions when equal is not always fair

FAQ

Is this session suitable for me if I already have not written a Will yet?

Yes. This session is especially helpful for people who know they should do a Will, but have not started because they are unsure what needs to be thought through.

Will owning overseas assets make things more complicated?

It can. If you hold overseas property, US stocks, foreign brokerage accounts, or other assets outside Singapore, there may be tax, transfer, or structuring issues people do not always realise at first. That's something we will cover in this webinar.

Do I need to be wealthy to benefit from this?

No. The strategies in this session apply to many different financial situations. It is for anyone aged 50 and above who has assets, family responsibilities, and wishes they want made clear.

Is this a sales presentation?

This is an educational session. The focus is on helping you understand what needs to be considered when writing a Will properly. There will be a brief mention at the end of how Credence Legacy can support you further.

Can I attend with my spouse or family member?

Yes, and we encourage it. These are often easier conversations when both people hear the same information together.

Live well today. Leave well tomorrow.

A proper Will helps you think clearly about your family, your assets, and the decisions that should not be left for later.
